Reading Programme / Shelf Indulgence Program

Shelf Indulgence is a reading and literary-enrichment programme that encourages students to read widely and consistently across the school year. I actively completed it in both 2022 and 2023.

“Reading consistently, rather than in bursts, changed how I write. The more I read, the more I noticed how other writers build an idea, and the easier it became to structure my own.

Doing it two years running kept reading a habit rather than an occasional thing, and that quietly supports everything else I write and explore.
